This Easter, we’re delighted to welcome you through our doors at Pichet as we open for Good Friday and Easter Sunday (April 5th) The perfect occasion to gather, indulge, and celebrate the season with exceptional food and warm hospitality in the heart of Dublin.

Spring has arrived in our kitchen, and with it comes a beautifully curated new seasonal menu that showcases the very best of fresh Irish produce, bold flavours, and refined technique. Whether you’re joining us for a relaxed long lunch or a special evening, our latest dishes are designed to make every bite memorable.

To celebrate the flavours of the season, our chefs have selected a trio of dishes that perfectly capture spring and Easter on a plate:

  • Starter: Roasted Scallops with Confit Fennel, Prosciutto & Blood Orange Beurre Blanc
    Light, bright, and beautifully balanced—this dish brings a fresh citrus note that feels just right for Easter dining.
  • Main: Spiced Cherry Valley Duck Breast with Black Pudding, Glazed Beetroot & Girolles
    A rich yet refined centrepiece, pairing perfectly with the earthy sweetness of beetroot—ideal for a special Easter meal.
  • Dessert: Choux Bun of Rhubarb & Custard with Buttermilk Ice Cream
