Booking Terms & Conditions – Pichet

Last updated: 22/10/2026

These terms apply to bookings made on or after 22/10/2026. Bookings made before this date are covered by the terms in place when the booking was made.

Booking for a date between 13 November and 31 December 2026 (inclusive)? Our festive terms in Section 11 apply to your booking and replace the sections they refer to. Everything else on this page still applies.

1. Cancellations and changes (1–34 guests)
We request 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. These can be made through OpenTable messaging. If a booking is cancelled, or guest numbers are reduced, less than 48 hours before your reservation, a cancellation fee of €50 per person may be charged to the card provided when booking.

2. Cancellations and changes (35 or more guests)
Bookings of 35 or more guests require a deposit, which we’ll agree with you in writing when you book. We request 5 working days’ notice (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) for any cancellation, and your deposit will be refunded within 5 working days. For cancellations made less than 5 working days before your booking, the deposit is non-refundable. If guest numbers are reduced less than 48 hours before your reservation, a fee of €50 per person may be charged.

3. Arriving late
Tables are held for 15 minutes. If you’re running late, please call 01 677 1060 or send a message through OpenTable messaging.

4. Table times
Tables are allocated for the following time periods:
Parties of 1–4: 2 hours
Parties of 5–11: 2 hours 15 minutes
Parties of 12 or more: 2 hours 30 minutes

5. Menus
Our menus change daily, and sometimes during service. Menus shown online are a guide only. Lunch is a 3-course set menu. Groups of 8 or more dine from our set dinner menu. Exceptions may be agreed in advance.

6. Service charge
A discretionary service charge of 12.5% is added to food and drinks for groups of 5 or more at lunch and dinner. 100% of the service charge goes to our staff.

7. Bills and payment
We provide one bill per booking. We can’t split the bill by individual orders, but payment can be divided across up to 3 cards. Any deposit you’ve paid will be taken off your final bill on the evening. We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card payments must be made with the card itself or through Apple Pay or Google Pay on your device. We do not accept card details, photos or screenshots of cards.

8. Allergies and dietary requirements
For groups of 8 or more, please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements at least 7 days before your reservation. We take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination; however, our kitchen handles all major allergens, and we can’t guarantee any dish is completely allergen-free.

9. Table layout
Larger groups may be seated across split tables in the same area. We cannot guarantee a specific table layout.

10. Celebrations
Please note we do not permit any decorations or external catering, including occasion cakes. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate speeches.

11. Festive terms (reservations from 13/11/2026 to 31/12/2026 inclusive)

11.1 Cancellations (8 or more guests). This replaces Sections 1 and 2 for groups of 8 or more. A deposit is required, agreed with you in writing. If you cancel at least 5 working days before your reservation date, your deposit will be refunded within 5 working days. If you cancel after that, the deposit is non-refundable. Groups of 1–7 follow Section 1.

11.2 Final numbers (8 or more guests). Please confirm final guest numbers at least 5 working days before your reservation. The number confirmed at that point is the number of set menus that will be charged for on the evening. For groups of 8 or more, this replaces the €50 per person charge.

11.3 Set menu. This replaces Section 5 for dinner bookings. Parties of 5 or more dine from our set dinner menu unless agreed otherwise in advance.

11.4 Wine. For larger groups, we recommend choosing your wines at least 7 working days in advance so we can make sure they’re available. If a wine isn’t available on the day, we’ll offer a suitable alternative.
